I am a local real estate investor willing to help people sell their houses. I am not a real estate agent or broker. I have a very unique and effective model that allows me to get homes that I buy or work with sold fast, even in this down market. I do this to make a profit and make it a win-win situation for everyone involved. Your home may fit in my criteria.

If we can come to an agreeable sale price of your home, all we need to do is sign a couple pieces of paper. One tells you I am a real estate investor, and my exact goals. A second gives me some simple rights for 14 to 30 days. There is no cost to you at all to do this, no risk, and is completely ethical and safe. Basically we will be drafting a contract that can expire in 30 days or less if I dont buy it. During that time, if I find a buyer who wants to purchase your home I may pass off the contract to them or rip up our contract and have you work with the new buyer directly. If we do this, there will be a pre-set fee I will be paid for the equity I found, which will not come out of your pocket since you and I have already agreed upon a price.
