Total Defense System ® combines the traditional martial arts techniques of:
Striking, Self Defense, Throwing, Wrestling and Submission Grappling into a
scientific Mixed Martial Arts program. Our program is based on simplicity
and effectiveness through a balanced training regimen that focuses on
basic fundamentals.

Mililani Martial Arts—MMA Training Center offers Mixed Martial Arts training
through structured, instructional classes. This is not a FIGHT CLUB.
