I am renting out 2 unfurnished bedrooms in a 4 bedroom townhouse (share with 2 couples). Rent is $750 per room, one room is available now and one will be available at the beginning of March. Rent includes use of full kitchen, lanai, small courtyard, laundry, internet (wired or wi-fi), and cable TV (no connection in rooms). One parking stall and free street parking is available. I am looking for single occupants only (unless renting both rooms at a discount of $100 off). No pets please. Guests are allowed for short durations (weekend is ok, the whole month is not!!)

Community pool available for use
Quiet neighborhood (Makakilo Mala)
Bus stop on corner (411, 412, 414 buses)
Walking distance to gas station / mini mart
5 miles away from beaches (KoOlina and/or Barbers Point)
