**** THIS IS AN ON CALL POSITION **** (work hours and schedules are based on the needs of the operation)

Position Summary

Responsible for maintenance (repairs, general maintenance and cleaning) of building and systems for all common areas of the property.

- Complete all assigned routine work, including but not limited to mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, landscaping, and cleaning, in a timely manner.
- Routing repairs and general maintenance to include but not limited to all common areas of the building and systems.
- Routine landscaping to include but not limited to watering/ irrigation systems,
fertilizing and pest control, planting/grooming, lighting.
- Routine cleaning to include but not limited to maintaining all common areas such as lobby, walkways, restrooms, elevators, pool and beach areas, banquet room, parking lots, grounds. Proper maintenance of pool. Disposal of trash.
- Complete all work orders and assignments in a timely and safe manner. Keep records of work performed, methods used or actions taken as directed.
- Keep shop area (shelves, storage, floor) neat and clean of debris. Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working order. Report low/out of stock inventory items/supplies.
- Learn and improve knowledge/skill in all areas through cross training to handle tasks as assigned, and to work with other maintenance personnel as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.


Position requirements:

- HS Diploma or additional equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in maintenance work
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
