There are HARDENED MISCONCEPTIONS prevalent in the Buyer/Borrower and Lessor/Financier/Provider relationships, which I want you to allow me just ONE spare minute of your time, to READ and CONSTANTLY keep in mind, as well as CONSTANTLY REMIND your Client to BEWARE of, thus:


1. Banking rules regulations DO NOT permit or allow the Buyers and Borrowers of Bank Instruments to DETERMINE or MAKE the terms conditions, or issue procedures or contracts (Procedures), on which Bank instruments are to be sold or leased to them.


2. ONLY Financiers, Lessors and Providers of Bank Instruments in agreement with their Issuing Banks, have the authority to issue the terms conditions (Procedures) on which Bank Instruments are to be sold or leased to Buyers and Borrowers.


3. Buyers and Borrowers of Bank Instruments are OBLIGED to FOLLOW and ADHERE to the Procedures issued by Lessors, Financiers and Providers of Bank Instruments, without any additional proposals or pleadings from the Clients. Throughout the worldwide Banking Finance Industry, there is NO ALTERNATIVE to Financiers/Providers/Lessors Procedures being followed and adhered to.



OUR PROCEDURES:


1. A prospective client (Buyer or Borrower) is required to submit the following paperwork’s: LOI; CIS; Passport copy of Signatory; Corporate Resolution; Brief Summary of Project; FPA; a direct wire [if client is Buying]; normal bank transmission TT for the lease fee/invoice price +commissions; a Processing cost of 3,500 euros (payable through normal bank transmission TT .AFTER the paperwork have been submitted; where a client requires a Preadvice to be issued by the Provider, a separate

cost for the Preadvice is paid immediately AFTER the Contract/Agreement is counter-signed by
